Mini Pathfinder
In this game the roles of the traditional city builder has been reversed! The AI builds the city, while you must handle the pathfinding of the cars within it.
My submission to the GMTK Game Jam 2023. (Theme: Roles Reversed)
Apologies in advance for possible bugs.

How to play:
- Drag a path from a car, past all the passengers it wants to pick up, and finish at a correctly colored house.
Example:
In the example above, a car wants to pick up a triangle and go to a blue house. So, the player drags a line close enough to the red house with the triangle, so that the triangle gets highlighted, and then finishes the path at a blue house, successfully completing the path. - You loose if any cars crash, if you wait too long to handle a car's pathfinding, or if a car gets stuck in the grass.

i love this game, but is there a bug sometimes where this a collision when there isn't one? sometimes i can't see any cars colliding and it says they collided
Hello, thanks for providing feedback! This isn't a bug I've noticed, but I will look into it. I do know that it isn't always obvious that a collision occured, because the sound effect is kinda low volume, and the cars bounce off each other too quickly.

Hey great idea! I'd love to play it more, but I ran into the same problem, rather frequently. In fact I can't even make it past about five paths without experiencing this. Does "collision" also mean that a car drove on the grass? My only guess is that I'm placing paths too far onto the grass while picking up passengers.
Hi! That's really interesting, I have no idea what could have caused that behaviour. After the feedback from the last person I tried to reproduce the bug, but wasn't able to. The "collision" lose condition should only ever be triggered if a car collides with another car or building.
If you have the time to provide more info, or a screenshot/video, I would appreciate it, but I understand if that's too much to ask for. Anyways, thanks so much for playing 😁
This game is amazing! Reminds me traffic control games like Mini Motorways, where you are making routes. This is amazing game with two core mechanics of drawing car's routes and procedural map generation.
I have that feeling, that you are not control the map, but you have the all pieces to bring people to their houses. And this is addictive :)
